I have been a contact lens wearer for many years. Never did I have any problems getting my rebate. I always make sure I follow the instructions. This year, my eye doctor switched me to Acuvue dailies. It is pricey but I opted anyway and submitted the rebate form by regular mail. I waited several weeks to get my rebate but it never came. I was about to call customer service for updates but that same day I received a letter in the mail that my reward did not meet criteria and encouraged me to resubmit the form. This time, I did it online. For the second time I was informed that it did not meet criteria, again. What?? I don’t think there is ever a rebate. This is all a scam. Shame on you for fooling your customers.
