I lost 9 massages because I did not use them during COVID. They argue that i had 1 month to use them in August!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are trying times, I know. I was willing to go only to be told my 9 massages I had left on my account were expired- DURING A PANDEMIC???? REALLY?????? User's recommendation: I am a NYC teacher and will alert everyone I know not to patronize any massage envy- which gift cars at the holidays are very popular.
