I had purchased a whitefish / clam basket from the kitchen today. I got home and noticed my food contained a talapia filet that wasnt throughly cooked. I called was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Manager never came to the phone. I called again. I explained to the a$ociate i didnt recieve the fish i usually get with my basket. I informed him i got talapia instead of whitefish in which i paid for. I was told they disnt have talapia in the kitchen area. I know the difference i cook 5 star meals. As i got to the counter i was trying to get an associate attention while putting the bag on the counter. Akia one of the kitchen associates said to me dont be mad at me i didnt put the fish in the bag. At that i had to walk away from the counter to collect my thoughts. I was shown and given the correct fish filet in which i should have gotten the first time. I also had to inform Akia G. that I wasnt mad at her but pissed off because i had to double back to this business to get what i intentionally came for and was spending my hard earned money. I just feel that everyone should check their food before leaving this business because it seems like some fraud *** is going on. My refrigerator is full, if you get my drift. The next time I visit this business my order BETTER be correct. Thanks for the replacement. User's recommendation: Check your order.
