I keep getting charged – Gym is closed due to Quarentine

Ive been trying to contact costumer service for a while and get no response nor by phone or email or anything else I try. They keep charging me for the gym account even thought they are closed due to the Quarentine. I want my refund and to cancel my subscription with them.
