I JUST WANTED TO BUY NEW INSERTS FOR MY COUCH

March 5th I called in to get a price on new inserts for my couch. I was told someone would get back with me. I have emailed many times, called several and get stuck on hold and I'm still waiting for a quote. That's 3 months - THREE MONTHS! I realize businesses are not necessarily fully staffed but come on. Who is running your customer service department? User's recommendation: I love their furniture but won't ever buy from them again; I suggest you find another store that has customer service.
