Update by user Oct 14, 2019 I shouldn't have to write a review just to get help! Waiting on someone to contact me is ridiculous. I would like to finish decorating my new house by hanging my curtains! Original review posted by user Oct 14, 2019 I purchased curtain rods that have cracked glass end caps. One broke when I was opening the packaging and I can't find replacement parts anywhere! This whole process has been very frustrating as Home Depot told me I would have to contact the company who makes them to get another one because they don't carry the parts to replace them. I refuse to buy another 40.00 rod just for one end cap! Why doesn't this company have a web site where you can order parts or some way to contact for help?
