Update by user May 19, 2021 No response from them. Original review posted by user May 17, 2021 I normally buy much higher end brands than this so I didn't bother to investigate their return policy. So anyway I saw a review, liked the product and bought the collection. After having second thoughts, and finding a better deal, they said no returns! I was incensed. How can they get away with this? Products are not low cost! User's recommendation: Stay away from this sham of a company with no phone!
