I just had the worst experience with a employee and there Manager

My online order that I placed got canceled for no explanation on the email. I then reordered the items again online because the pickup store location said it was in stock and it finally went through. When I went to pickup my orders I also received the canceled order that said on there end that my online order was canceled. When I went to dispute the charges things got sour. What a horrible and last experience shopping at the Huntingdon Valley location. Please better train your employees and your MANAGER User's recommendation: Manager is awful at solving customers issues.
