I had a Stain Master carpet installed a few weeks ago and a few days ago my kid got sick and vomited on a small area on rug. I first tried mild dish soap and warm water after that did not do anything I contacted Lowes and they gave my info to Stain Master whom did not contact me back and then I called Lowes to get their 1 800 #. The company gave me another way to try and get stain out with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and four cups of warm water with directions, that didn't get stain out so I called Stain Master and was told human vomit doesn't come out only animal vomit, urine and ***. I still need to carpet the rest of house and thank god I see how they handle these situations and found out Stain Master carpets are not stain resistant!
