I haven’t received my order and I’ve been put this order in in June 10th

June 10th I order ped egg and I haven't received it yet the order is 637273****8357**** they said my address in the system wouldn't allow them to ship it out so my address is 2 M street N.E. #616 2**** Washington D.C. can you please ship my order or return my money
