I haven’t received my order after 35 days

I ordered clothes for my boys as part of their Christmas presents on the 14/12/20 I still haven't received them over 2 months later every time I rang customer service I couldn't get thru I got a automated message saying that they were having a high volume of calls and the call ended I finally got thru last Tuesday the 22/2/21 I was told that my order went to royal mail on the 24/1/21 and it got lost iwas told I'd receive my order today and I still haven't received them User's recommendation: Don't order from JD.
