I haven’t received any purchases or update

I've ordered a total of 5 wigs on the site. I have confirmation that the money was taking out .but no date or an ups account number have been provided. I've spent total $113.98 and paid for fast delivery charge $14.99. !! Furthermore, I need to know where when I be ,provided with tracking number of my delivery.I've email 3times today
