I haven’t gotten my card yet

I didn't receive my card. I called two weeks later, to find out it mailed to the wrong address. I was required to get documentation showing my correct address. Called back to advise and order replacement. Two weeks later still no card. Called back to find out she never requested one. The gentleman I spoke to order one for me and waived the express fee. Great customer service..
