I haven’t been helped at all,no response I can find/see.

I kept having service disruptions, but in the middle of a fight on the game. After 15 to 30 seconds it said, dropped connection. Once I was back up and running, the health of my character was 50% gone. Despite the fact I had not been touched by the enemy and the enemy was half dead. So I re start the fight, enemy full health me 50% which is sooo unfair. This happens frequently too. Just decided to comment this time because enough is enough. It is kind of like being stolen from bc we spend to get the champs and to revitalize their health. I contacted you guys but never heard back either. Maybe you wrote me in email, I havent gone through all my in box yet but I have a feeling this, is your contacting me. This is the second time i have written what happened, would have thought this message from you would be one telling me what you will do to remedy the problem.
