I have tried 3 different times today to place an order on internet, but will NOT let me finish. Also, you tell me that 65845 : drain covers is not listed, yet it shows it on the screen. Please fix

trying to place an order on line. I have tried three different times today, but am unable to finish my order. ALSO, I tried to order #65845 ; drain covers. It tells me there is no such number, yet it shows it on the screen. FIX THESE PROBLEMS: OR....I w ill not order from your company again.
