I have talked to 5 different customer service reps and have gotten no help in resolving my problem.

I ordered and received slippers for my son. You charged my credit card account for these per my authorization. Every thing was good. Three days later you sent another pair of slippers and charged my cc again. I did not order the second pair and therefore have no order...
