I had a bill which I paid on the due date,apparently I was Nine Minutes late (which I didn't realize There was a time limit on the due date ). I called and asked if they would take my late fee off as a courtesy and because i was unaware of time limit.I was told they do not have a courtesy policy . And they would not take it off . So I have canceled my card. and will make a point not to shop at any of the related stores. Stage, Bealls, Palais Royal,Peeble,Goodys an Gordmans.At a time when things are so stressful,Yet I made every effort to pay by my due date but 9 min late .Shame on you Stage .What a horrible company Stage must be .
