I have received no follow up from Fidelity regarding my service

Regarding Contract #R15837 I requested service for our dishwasher. The service man called 2 days ago and told me that Fidelity had approved a new dishwasher but I have heard nothing from Fidelity and there is no update on my Fidelity portal. I need to know what steps to take next. Do we purchase a dishwasher and you reimburse us? I have called your office and was placed on a very long hold twice in the past few days and I have also sent an earlier email.
