I have purchased the straight and spiral ion iron from you. When it was working I Loved it. But soon after a few months the on off button broke and left the iron useless. I live in Canada and found it hard to contact anyone from the company. I purchased the product from Sally Beauty and they handed me a phone list with no toll free number. I hope you can help me Frustrated customer
