I HAVE PURCHASED 3 KITCHENAID APPLIANCES TO PUT IN MY NEWLY REMODLED KITCHEN . i HAVE A COUNTER TOP MICROWAVE THAT IS NOT WORKING . i CALLED AND GOT APPROVAL FOR A REPLACEMENT . THE SCHEDULED DATE TO

THE SCHEDULED DATE TO REPLACE THE MICROWAVE WAS OCT 5 2020, SO FAR NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.IHAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS . ITHIS TIME i NO LONGER RECOMMEN AM ON THE LINE HOLDING NOW FOR OVER 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES AND NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY HAD SCHEDULED TO BRING THE REPLACEMENT AND THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. BATZS OF POTEAU OK HAD NO ODER TO BRING THE REPLACEMENT MICROWAVE. I FEEL THAT EVEN WITH THE PANDAMIC THAT MORE THAN 4 MONTHS IS LONG ENOUGH TO REPLACE THE MICROWAVE THAT HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY . I AM DISAPPOINTED IN KITCHEN AIDS SERVICE AND THE APPLIANCE. User's recommendation: AT THIS TIME I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THE KITCHEN AID APPLIANCES.
