My first order was on Nov. 27, 2017. Still not received. Ordered again on Dec. 11, 2017. Still not received. Order #171127K4E3RJ. Would like to have the product or my money back. Will be satisfied with either. There is another tracking #SYBPS00117750 which does not work. Attached to it is a company wanting to sell me a home page or something of the sort. Help
