On dec. 7, 2009, I ordered some tea rose perfume, which was to be shipped with in 4 to 7 business days! Today is dec. 22, 2009, so I contacted fragrance net. They said they could not verify my address [even though they've shipped to me before] without the customer service phone number from the back of my credit card. I provided that, then asked why no one had contacted me? I was told that 3 emails had been sent and I had ignored them all! My spam filter clears fragrance net and I have received no communication from them! They tell me it will take 24 hours to verify the phone number then 5 to 7 shipping days before I get my order! I have ordered from them in the past, but I am afraid this my last order to them! Providing, of course, that it ever arrives.
