I have not received my order and I cannot get ahold of anyone.

I order $75 worth of fabric online on May 20th. I thought it was weird that 2 weeks later I had not received my order still. It is now June 11th and I still have not received my order. When I look in my email it says my order is on hold and to call this number 205-487-****. It rings and rings until the line just goes silent. I have emailed them several times with no response! What horrible customer service, plus their website says shipping in 3-5 days. What a crock. User's recommendation: Do not order fabric from bestfabricstore.com.
