I have had an account for over two years and I have begged you to send me a statement of my account and why I had to start paying interest on it. I have called and talked to someone for five months and I still have not received anything as promised. Two ago, I was told that I would receive a copy of the complaint and someone would look at it. Two weeks ago I called and ask for a bill, they told me that they were sending it that day. I have received not one thing from this group.
