It is almost 2 years I have been dealing with trying to resolve how how Im going to get my refund they tryed putting a wig on me after explainly I was tied of wearing wigs I want permant hair so I talked ro the supervisor she recoment a helmet that laser with no guarantee so she teamed up with Johatan he call hair club for men I went the same day the doctor there said I had alopecia but he needed to know what kind so I went to a dermatologist. find out ot scaring alopecia so he told me that there is nothing can be done for me he will not take my money Im not a canidate for hair implant no treat that is offered will work so Erica call me and sayed she hear what happen there are other option I have call her she is always on vacation or in a meeting I did miss an appointment with her Today4/30/2019 Ihave a appointment at 4pm it is 4:47 she send a lady to tell me that I just cant walk up in here she has clients I explain I have a appointment with her so she didnt receive me as a client but a nusant to her
