I ordered 2 pairs of peridot earrings on 08/17/18 after my birthday. I thought it might be around 3-4 weeks. I waited 2 months before i attempted to make contact. i attempted to call them and all i got was a full voice mailbox. I did this for about 3 days then researched another option which included email. I did contact customer service several times over all time period. Got the run around, suppliers fault etc...still no earrings nor refund. This situation is making me crazy with a constant headache. Buyer beware of bidz.com or ebidz.com. I read somewhere that bidz.com are stating they were hacked, causing them to lose over 400,000 dollars so they are now saying you have to notify your bank or credit card company..and now they have changed to ebidz.com which makes it a whole lot better. NOT. I filed a complaint with BBB today to try to get my money back.. bidz has an F rating.
