I have never seen such think ink, arrived late, customer service didn’t follow up as promised

I have had lots of shirts printed, I have never seen such thin ink on my shirts. My shirts are red and the white ink was a see-thru of almost 40%. Despite their on-time guarantee, my order came 2 days late, past delivery date, Despite this policy: Absolute Delivery Deadlines One day can make a big difference. Whether it's a vacation or a fundraiser, if your shirts are late even one day, they can become a wasted purchase. We understand this and deal with deadlines very seriously. I called to let them know of the issues and they said someone would follow up within 4 business days to resolve the issue, it has been 6 business days (10 Calendar Days) and as of now, I haven't received a call. My shirts look like junk and they haven't done a thing about it.
