I have an order that had been canceled on June 23 by House of Beauty stating that they dont have the item I ordered in stock after 3 weeks waiting for my delivery and no communication.The customer service representative let me understand that they will refund my money and the refund should be available in 2-5 days, and here I am waiting. I cant get no one on the phone, I email them and no answer, I feel like I have been scammed. Its just a big shame for a so called reliable company. I am still expecting them to act right and refund my money.
