I have money in my app but it doesn’t appear

I am a reward member with my app. I have not use my app in a little over a year since Covid however I started using it again but the money I had in it cant find it. Also the rewards that I had are gone. My email is arroyolucky77@***.com 407-580-**** Thank you, Nilda Arroyo
