I have hard wired sensors. been customer since 2014. I agreed to renew for 3 years, however, was never told about the new sensors which is expensive to replace.

when I found out, I asked why I was not told this. Then you have to pay a technician to set your alarm system for these. I am disgusted. customer service is terrible, they do not provide an email to contact them. They have done nothing but lie to me. Then they add years onto your contract by telling you oh, we called and you said yes. User's recommendation: stay away!
