Update by user Aug 01, 2020 I made a mistake I'm not a paying customer Update by user Aug 01, 2020 It has not been resolved Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2020 Since February of this year I have had to call every month to get my benefits in February I spent 8 hours on the phone with safelink nothing got resolved so the next day I called back ,spent another 7 hours on phone I added 2 cards to my phone I lost 50 dollars over it ,now I have to call every month because I don't receive my benifits.im so tired of it like in July I had to call because I received nothing they told me to call next day and it would be added it was not added I had to argue to get it and 3 days after that they took my data away I did not use it up I am so tired of this
