when I go to the service and choose a program and click to start it the screen goes dark and after waiting for up to five minutes, nothing happens. I have made several attempts at getting help and have followed instructions. Still nothing! Your customer service appears to be non- existent. I have been calling and e-mailing for over two months now to no avail--please help!
