I have booked skoda rapid style at visakhapatnam showroom. They gave the quotation and quoted price rs. 130****/-later i came to know that the person who is having voks wagen vehicle there is an offer of. Rs. 15000/- then i gave my details of my volks wagen polo details TN 38 BV 6642. They accepted and fresh quotation they gave for rs. 130****/- then i said only rs. 5000/- reduced why?. They replied that there is an offer of free service pack for four years we are providing like that they said. I agreed and made payments rs. 3.00 as down payment and remaining through bank finance. Now the people are demanding the an other rs. 30000/- you have to pay. So pls tell me is it cheating or making fools to the customers?
