I have been waiting for a parcel that has cleared customs almost a week ago

This parcel cleared customs on the 17th of this month,but you have not picked it up yet. What the *** is the problem? It was delivered to your care on the 15th of this month & my niece is getting very angry. I have purchased product internationally for many years & even sending to Europe would be faster than using your facility
