I was late with 1 payment about 4 years ago...it was a payment that I wanted to defer since I had lost my job. The person I spoke with said it was all taken care of blah blah blah, WELL apparently it wasnt because now they say Im late 33 payments yet never have they come for the car that is almost paid off because after that I have never been late on one payment not one! It has ruined my credit from trying to purchase a house last year and a car....I call and call and get nothing but a run around from everyone or get left on hold . I want to sue them.
