I have been scammed (switch and bait) for the cost of face cream and eye oil.

I placed an order for a sample of Glamour Gold Face Cream. The cost to me was quoted as 4.97 for handling. A suggestion made to me was that I might want to order a sample of eye oil and the cost to me for that item was quoted as 4.94. I received the order and prepared to start using the products. The cream seemed to be okay but the eye oil bottle was empty. Today I received my invoice from my credit card company and there were two additional charges. One was a duplicate order number and a price of $89.94 for the item and a second duplicate order number and a price of 84.97 The total for this order came to 184.82, instead of 9.91. I am asking for a refund of the false orders amounts in the amount of $184.82. I would appreciate your attention to this matter at your earliest convenience.
