I ordered a Power Pedestal from BOT ID. The rep assured me, the pedestal i was buying would be the right one for my boat, IT WAS NOT. Now, there is no option for a refund on their website. They are wanting me to take pictures of the wrong item they sent, and the base that it goes into. I was promised a call back, and I return label, I never received either. I guess I am another one of their victims...SLIMY COMPANY User's recommendation: You will be sorry.
