I have been on hold for most of the afternoon with live chat my number in the queuing system jumping from 119 to 50 then going back to 110

I am signed up for home are and my last annual service on my boiler was March last year I am trying g to book an engineer I phoned first and waited in a queue for half an hour then I tried live chat which was an absolute joke then I tried online and wasnt able to do it there either I am absolutely disgusted and seriously considering g not renewing my package next year all I want to do is book an engineer to do the service that I am entitled to that YOU are supposed to advise me when its due !!!!!!
