I deposited $200 over 18 months ago. I received a $100 bonus. My balance has been $188 for over a year I have been locked out of my account. I asked for my account to be closed, the money refunded several times. i have re-verified my credit card twice.No results. It started when I changed my email address from hotmail to , refund requested. outlook.com
