Reservation was reported made in Nashville back before Covid . I was going to cancel the reservation but hotel report they were never made as they had no available rooms. I was billed and finally discover the app I used had made reservation via BLS Cancelon . $536 on my card and cant get a refund User's recommendation: Be careful with online booking apps. I think this was booking . Com.
