I have a question about your Cuisinart company

In early January 2021, we purchased a Dual Brew Cuisinart coffee maker. In mid-February, we began having trouble with the pod-brew side. Cuisinart sent us a replacement, at no charge. In April, we began having trouble with the pod-brew side of the new coffee maker. About two weeks ago, I called Conair requesting our money be returned. I was told the request was being forwarded to Cuisinart. I have had no contact from Conair or Cuisinart. The coffee maker is not acceptable! We want our $170 returned! User's recommendation: Don't buy this coffee maker! We've been pleased with previous Cuisinart art products! Not this one!
