I cannot withdraw from my Paypal account and this FNB bank is taking their own time to get back to me. They sent me several forms to fill in and send back to them. I've done this, but no response from them. I talked to a service agent who told me that FNB was doing maintenance and my account was blocked due to this. Why do I need to fill is forms to unblock my account? I didn't do anything to block it in the first place! I need help ASAP. I'm the sole breadwinner in my household as jobs are very difficult to find in this sensitive time and FNB is not making it any easier. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. Why should I borrow money when I am working? User's recommendation: Please check first about their customer service as they are quick to do debit orders, but when it somes to customer service, it's non-existent. This is surprising as they are a long standing bank.
