I have a paid subscription but after many, many hours cannot log in.

I have two laptops. One has the PIA active and working now but on the second one I logged out of PIA and when trying to log in it would not accept the password. I tried "forgot password" but NEVER received the link to fix it after dozens of tries over several hours. Finally, I WAS given a link, changed the password, which was accepted, but then when I tried to log in could not. Tried again this morning and it stated I've tried too many times. Suggestions? User's recommendation: Hope they respond...not very confident since you can't call and get someone to answer.
