I would like to know how many more of this model have malfunctioned like mine, due to poor soldering during the assembly of the water heater. Upon removal and inspection I had noticed that all of the welds or soldering points were very inconsistent. only one weld on the vent outlet had plenty of penetration and a thick bead on the weld. Whomever made these for you obviously skimped on the welding rod, solder and flux. All just to save a few pennies. I am very upset and I would like a free replacement water heater. I could send you photos of the poor craftsmanship, and it is plain to see that who ever constructed this water was more concerned with getting off work to have a beer , instead of doing quality work. Please contact me and let me know how we can reasonably work together to correct this problem so it will not happen to other good customers, unless it may be too late. I have talked to others whom have had similar problems and we do not want to do a class action lawsuit , but if I am forced to i will. Please do the right thing and correct this so i do not have to trouble anyone ,and I can have hot water again.
