I am a monthly customer in Saratoga. About 4to5 weeks back I went thru the car wash on a Friday or Saturday. I was the only car at that time. When I went thru all the brushes was not working and when I went thru the waterfrom that first big brush went thrumy vent hooded area and came inside my car. My floor mat on my passenger side got soaked. I dried it the best I could.Once it dried completely I have a gasoline type odor now. I was going to buy some new mats anyway so Im not asking for anything but to train your people not to do that. I think it was a rookie working that day. I have a bad back and I depend on your monthly service and would not like to go thru that again. Besides that I'am very satisfied with your service. Sincerely yours R.L.Reed
