I have a collection past due that keeps me from getting my license back
I do not have ticket number. It was directed to Chatsworth courthouse, whose automated system says it has gone to collection, contact GC Services. Their system says it is no longer in their system, call back the courthouse. I finally reached an operator who said, nobody there can reach my info. Call someone else. User's recommendation: Get DMV to have live customer service reps.
