I had received a sms message my parcels will arrive yesterday. But it did not happen.

I had placed 3 orders through your website and the delivery scheduled given on 21 July 2021. However, the parcels did not arrive to my doorstep despite we are anticipate the arrival with out door open. I follow up the next day, and was told the parcels are in my letterbox. Of the 3 parcels, there are only 2 parcels in the letterbox. One of the parcel is empty and it does not belong to me. And the systems shown all items delivered to me personally. There is still 1 parcel short (round tablecloth transparent waterproof mat) I yet to receive. Now, I was told to make a return and refund. How can I make a return when I did not receive the parcel? This does not sound right. I am not asking for refund. I am asking for the my order. Its more than 2 weeks after I placed my order and we are still talking about it. I am pretty disappointed with the whole episode. I hope not to throw my disappointment in the social media. Eric Lee
