I had ordered Black Abaya dress on 1st sept tracking no QAA12440****, which was supposed to reach me on 2nd sept, which dint happen &;; received a message saying on 3rd which dint happen neither on 3rd &;amp; today I received a message that your order has been successfully delivered, whereby I havn't received at all. I checked with my building security too, I was told that no Amazon parcel has come over the past two days. Could you kindly arrange the same or refund me the money. Regards, Vidya R
