I had cancelled a gift account for a friend who no longer wished to reiceve the newspaper . The newspaper was stopped however they continued to bill my credit card.

the paper was stopped however my credit card was hit last month for a monthly payment. I called the newspaper and told them the problem and they said they be sure the paper was stopped. This month they hit my credit card again . I now decided to go online and this website came up . I spoke with a customer service rep named Precious who cancelled the account and hopefully this will resolve the issue. Precious was professional, courteous and helpful . She should be rewarded as a valuable team member,
