I recently found the website www.beautytipsonline.com. It provided good tips about care of hair, face and body. I thought it was good, when they provided the description of hair care procedure and used some good shampoo. I sent them couple of emails and asked if they could provide the name of this shampoo. I was really upset, ‘coz they replied in awful manner and used a lot of unpleasant and inappropriate words. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience.
